TORLYS Welcomes Builder Specialist to Eastern Team

Experienced flooring expert joins TORLYS Quebec Team.

TORONTO, ON – January 2021 – TORLYS, a global flooring company specializing in beautiful, responsible flooring solutions, announced today the expansion of the Eastern division with the creation of a new role of Builder Specialist, Grand Montreal & Gatineau Regions (Spécialiste du développement commercial, régions du Grand Montréal et Gatineau).

Sophiany Som joins the TORLYS Sales Team in this new position, where she will be focusing on servicing the Builder, Developer, A&D and Property Management channels of the business across Montreal and Gatineau, Quebec Regions. With 8 years of experience working as a Business Development Manager in the flooring industry, Sophiany’s background will support her in becoming an integral part of TORLYS continued success.

Prior to working in the building materials industry, Sophiany owned a marketing, promotions, and advertising company. She is a graduate of HEC Montreal where she received a Bachelor of Commerce.
